Our motorsport wheels are designed with the same principles as our road wheels, only tested harder. Every design is FEA stress-tested, load rated for motorsport demands, and refined through real-world data.
We engineered the wheels for the Zytek 04S Le Mans prototype, the PBZ 04 monoblock in 18 inch race spec. From Spa-Francorchamps to private testing grounds, we build wheels that deliver on race day.
Motorsport-Specific Engineering
FEA-tested, CNC-machined forged wheels
Every wheel design undergoes full finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate real-world load, stress and thermal conditions. We machine from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium, or magnesium where the weight target demands it. Our wheels are VIA certified.
Custom offset, PCD, and brake clearance solutions
We don’t work to presets. Every wheel is built around your car’s exact specs including offset, bolt pattern, and brake profile to ensure perfect fitment, maximum clearance, and zero compromise.
High Load Ratings
Need something stronger than standard? No problem. We've delivered motorsport wheels rated to 1400kg+ per corner suitable for endurance prototypes, GT platforms, and high-downforce builds.
Single-piece or 2-piece configurations
Monoblock keeps weight to an absolute minimum. Two-piece lets us reach a width and offset a single forging cannot, and lets you replace a damaged barrel rather than the whole wheel. Both are built to the same tolerances, and we will tell you which suits your car and your discipline rather than pushing the dearer option.
Optional carbon fibre barrels
For advanced builds, we offer forged carbon barrels paired with CNC-machined centres reducing rotational mass while maintaining structural integrity and visual impact.
Centre-lock or stud fitment options
Whether you're running a centre-lock hub for endurance racing or standard multi-stud layout, we can manufacture to suit. All centre-lock hubs are precisely tolerance-matched.
