Shipping policy

Wheel sets are delivered duty paid to every country we ship to. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance on a wheel set are paid by us, so there is nothing to pay when it arrives. UK delivery on wheel sets is free, and every set is tracked and fully insured door to door.

Wheel sets are built in 6 to 8 weeks once your design proof is approved and paid. For other items, shipping and handling times vary depending on the product purchased. For accurate lead times please contact info@pbforgedwheels.com prior to purchase. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will contact you immediately.

If you have ordered multiple items and some are out of stock or have a longer lead time, we can dispatch all of your items together or individually, starting with the item with the shortest lead time. In this instance we will contact you with details when your order has been placed.

For items other than wheel sets, orders outside the UK mainland are subject to increased shipping and handling costs, and any customs and VAT charges on those items are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable if you return the item/s.

We can not be held accountable for any shipping delays once the item has been dispatched and is with the courier, including where the customer has arranged their own shipping and handling. If the customer arranges their own shipping, PB Forged Wheels can not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in carriage.

Christmas and national holiday periods put strain on logistics, so there is a possibility of your order being delayed as a result. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
