BMW XM Forged Wheels

The BMW XM is BMW M's first standalone model, and it's a genuinely different engineering problem to the X5 M and X6 M sitting alongside it. The hybrid powertrain adds significant mass, which changes the load rating brief and the appropriate construction in ways the V8-only M-SUVs don't see.

We've engineered for it as its own platform rather than carrying the X5 M spec across. The XM is the only M-SUV running 23" as a standard option, the proportions reward it, and we build to that scale where it suits the brief.

How does the XM's hybrid weight affect the wheel spec?
The hybrid powertrain adds around 300 kilograms over a comparable V8 M-SUV, which changes the appropriate load rating and the construction we recommend. We engineer the set to comfortably exceed the OEM rating for the platform.
Will these clear the XM's brake package?
Yes. The XM brake spec is one we engineer for as standard, with clearance validated before forging.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Each set is forged, finished and inspected specifically for your car.
