BMW X6 M Forged Wheels

The BMW X6 M is the more visually demanding of BMW's two M-SUVs, and the briefs we take on for it reflect that. Owners tend to be specific about stance and finish, and the forged set is asked to do real work, both visually and mechanically.

Will they fit your BMW X6 M?

The X6 M follows the X5 M exactly on fitment and differs on proportion, because the coupe roofline changes what a given diameter looks like. Every PB Forged set is made to order, so we design to the body as well as the hub.

Fitment. F96 is 5x112 on a 66.6mm centre bore, 21x9.5J front and 21x10.5J rear. F86 is 5x120 on a 74.1mm bore, 20x10J up to 21x11.5J. M14x1.25 bolts on both.

Why the coupe body changes the answer. The sloping roof shortens the visual mass above the arch, so a 21 inch wheel reads smaller on an X6 M than the same wheel on an X5 M. Most X6 M builds end up a size up on the equivalent X5 M build for that reason alone.

The trap. The F86 is 5x120 on 74.1mm and the F96 is 5x112 on 66.6mm. There is no wheel that fits both and no adapter that makes one safe on the other. We cut to the generation you actually own.

Can the X6 M run a more aggressive stance than the X5 M?

Yes, the body style supports it and many of our X6 M commissions are visually bolder. We engineer the offset and the finish to your brief while keeping the load rating and brake clearance properly specified.

Will these clear the X6 M's brake package?

Yes, both standard and Competition. Clearance is validated against your exact configuration before forging.

Should I size up compared to an X5 M?

The F86 runs 20x10J up to 21x11.5J across an ET30 to ET45 range. The F96 runs 21x9.5J front and 21x10.5J rear. Both use M14x1.25 bolts, supplied with the set.
