The BMW M8 is the most-photographed car in our gallery, with three distinct builds in the collection. If any vehicle demonstrates what we do, it's this one.

The M8 is a grand tourer with serious performance underneath, and it rewards a wheel that can carry both: presence and proper engineering. We build for all three body styles, the Coupe, the Gran Coupe and the Convertible, and across the M8 Competition variants, with fitment validated to clear the car's brake packages.

Finish is where M8 owners tend to push, and we encourage it. The polished purple build started as a custom request; most colours, including bespoke matches, are achievable.

Frequently asked

I've seen the polished purple PBF 2 in your gallery, can I commission a build in a custom colour?
Yes. The polished purple PBF 2 (Build B005) is exactly the kind of bespoke finish request we take on, most colours are achievable, including custom paint matches, candy finishes, and brushed-metallic treatments. Bring a colour reference or a paint code at consultation and we'll match. The polished purple specifically used a multi-stage polish-and-tint process; we can replicate it or design something else entirely.
Will these clear the M8 Competition brakes?
Yes. The M8 Competition brake package, both the steel and carbon ceramic options, is one we've validated for repeatedly. All three M8 builds in our gallery (PBF-2, PBF 2, PB 102) are fitted to M8 Competitions with stock brake setups. If you have aftermarket brakes, send the spec at consultation and we'll re-validate clearance before forging.
Do you make wheels for the M8 Gran Coupe and Convertible, or only the Coupe?
All three body styles, F92 Coupe, F93 Gran Coupe, F91 Convertible, are supported. The fitment geometry is closely related across the variants; minor differences in arch clearance and offset are handled at the engineering review stage. Tell us your variant at consultation.
Where are PB Forged wheels manufactured?
Every PB Forged wheel is engineered in the UK, design, fitment validation, structural analysis and quality specification all happen in-house. The forging itself is routed to the partner facility best suited to the specific project: UK, US, or Taiwan, depending on construction complexity, finish requirements, and the tolerances the build demands. The routing decision is part of the engineering brief, each commission goes to the manufacturer that will deliver the best wheel for that build, not a default supply chain.
How long is the lead time?
Our wheels are made to order, with a typical lead time of 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. This isn't pulled-from-stock, each set is forged, finished and inspected specifically for your car. The window covers engineering review (we validate fitment for your exact chassis and brake setup), forging, finishing in your chosen specification, and final UK quality control before despatch. If you have a fixed deadline (car show, event, build deadline), tell us at the consultation stage and we'll confirm whether the window can compress.
