VW Transporter T5 Forged Wheels

Forged wheels built for the VW Transporter T5, 2003 to 2015, in 18 inch, 19 inch and 20 inch. Panel van, Kombi, Caravelle and the California. Every set is machined to this car's own fitment, so there are no spacers and no adapters.

The T5 shares its 5x120 pattern and 65.1mm bore with the later T6 and T6.1, but not its torque. The T5 is 180 Nm where the T6.1 is 160 Nm, so the fitment sheet is written per generation rather than copied across the family.

5x120, 65.1mm centre bore machined to the hub, lug bolts M14 x 1.5 torqued to 180Nm. Factory sizes 16 to 18 inch. Note the torque differs from the T6.1, which is 160Nm.

Built and rated to the plated axle weight of your T5 variant. The factory runs commercial C rated tyres, so the set and the tyre are specified together and the rating is stated on your fitment sheet.

They will bolt on. Both are 5x120 on a 65.1mm bore. The torque is different though, 180Nm on the T5 against 160Nm on the T6.1, and offsets vary across the range, so we machine to your van rather than assuming the family figure.

Yes, and it is specified that way. The T5 runs commercial C rated tyres from the factory for a reason. We build and rate the set to your plated axle weight and state the rating on the fitment sheet rather than leaving you to work it out.

Yes. The factory tops out at 18, so 20 is a two step upsize and the sidewall you lose is felt more on a van than on a car. 19 inch is where most T5 conversions land.

Yes. The California carries more weight than a panel van, so tell us the variant when you order and the rating is set accordingly.
