The PB 601A built for the classic Land Rover Defender L316, in 18 inch and 20 inch. A two piece with added dish and a face that stays simple, which suits a car whose whole character is that nothing on it is decorative. Machined to this car's own hub. No spacers, no adapters.

Why two piece

The centre and the barrel are made separately and bolted together. That gives you dish depth a single piece forging cannot reach, and it lets you specify the centre and the barrel in different finishes. On a Defender that usually means a body colour centre and a machined barrel, or the reverse.

Fits

Land Rover Defender L316, 1990 to 2016. The 90, 110 and 130, including the 200Tdi, 300Tdi, Td5 and Puma Tdci cars.

Sizes

Choose 18 or 20 inch, all square. These are the two sizes the styled classic Defender market actually runs, which is why we build them and nothing in between. The factory fits 16 inch on a narrow rim, so both are an upsize.

Fitment

• Bolt pattern: 5x165.1
• Centre bore: 114.3 mm, machined to the hub
• Fasteners: lug nuts, M16 x 1.5
• Wheel torque: published as a range, 100 to 170 Nm depending on wheel type. The correct figure for your set is on the fitment sheet

None of this is shared with the new Defender. The L663 is 5x120 on a 72.6 mm bore with M14 bolts. These are different vehicles that share a name.
