Tesla Model Y Forged Wheels

The Tesla Model Y is the EV best-seller in the UK and a car increasingly seen with forged-wheel commissions, both for visual differentiation and for the range gains that come with a lower-weight wheel. The forged brief takes the EV's weight seriously: a Model Y is around 300 kilograms heavier than a comparable petrol crossover.

We build across the range, the standard, the Long Range, the Performance and the 2024 Juniper refresh, with brake clearance and offset specified to the variant. Most of what we take on is a clean monoblock that improves the OEM aesthetic while keeping the load rating engineered for the platform.

Will a forged wheel improve my Model Y's range?
Modestly, yes. The OEM Model Y wheel is heavy by performance-car standards, and a properly forged monoblock typically saves 2 to 4 kg per corner. That's not a transformation but it's measurable, particularly at motorway speeds.
Do you build for the 2024 Juniper refresh as well as the previous Model Y?
Yes. The Juniper has a slightly different offset and brake clearance profile, and we engineer the forged set to suit either generation.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Each set is forged, finished and inspected specifically for your car.
