Zytek 04S Forged Wheels

Not every wheel we make is for the road. The PBZ 04 was engineered for the Zytek 04S, a sports prototype built for endurance racing, including Le Mans.

A racing prototype asks for the highest possible strength-to-weight ratio, because every kilogram of unsprung mass costs lap time, and it asks for that strength to survive the fatigue cycling of an endurance race, where a wheel sees thousands of high-load cycles in a single event. We built the PBZ 04 as a forged monoblock in two finishes, gloss silver and gloss black, both at 18" race spec, engineered in the UK and validated to the tolerance a race team demands.

This isn't a retail product. It's here because it's some of the most demanding work we do, and because it shows the engineering capability that underpins everything else we build.
